Traditional Flag

Traditional Flag is our version of (5 on 5) flag football. This league is for all skill levels and genders. Ages range from (5-14) Our goals for this league is for the players to first and foremost have fun, also for our volunteer coaches to teach the fundamentals of each skill correctly. Traditional Flag will also give the participants an opportunity to participate in competitive games giving youth opportunity to showcase skills learned. This league will also play a ten game season and also have a play-off and championship .

Spotlight Sports Academy is excited to present Spring Flag Football for chesterfield and surrounding counties. This league will provide a fun atmosphere, as well as develop basic football skills for girls and boys ages 5-14 of all skill levels. Spotlight Flag Football emphasizes the fundamental skills of football which are passing, catching, and defense.

WHAT YOU GET:

A safe controlled environment for your kid to play
The satisfaction that your child is learning some football basics and a chance to see if your child likes the sport
Your child gets basic football training for 2 weekends before the season starts by our trained sports counselors
Most importantly your child isn’t being a couch potato or a video game junky, instead being active.

But most of all convienience, games and practice are only on weekends

May 23rd-12pm-2pm-June 5th 6pm-8pm Registration at Ettrick Park at community center near basketball court
The official season starts June 13th
All practices & games will be held on Sat & Sun starting at 9am depending upon how many teams are in your division
